    Cookies, analytics and advertising measurement

    To understand how visitors find us and to measure our ads, we may use Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tracking and Meta Pixel. These receive pages viewed, the search or room viewed, ad click identifiers (such as gclid or fbclid), campaign tags (utm parameters), and for bookings only the booking reference, value and currency — never your name, email, phone or payment details. We also keep the campaign that brought you (first and last visit, up to 90 days) with your account and booking, and may upload ad click identifiers with booking value to Google Ads to measure campaign results. Purposes: site analytics, ad measurement and ad optimisation. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland these tools run only after you accept; elsewhere they run by default. You can accept, reject or change your choice at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer; withdrawal applies immediately to future tracking.

    By messaging us on WhatsApp, you consent to receiving automated replies and follow-up messages related to your inquiry or booking. We use Meta's WhatsApp Business API to manage communications.

    4. Data Sharing

    We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except as required to provide our services (e.g., Supabase for data storage) or as required by law.

    5. Data Retention

    We retain your data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this policy or as required by law.
